The activation code is made up of two sets of letters and integers separated by a hyphen. This code is required to activate your product. It is critical to activate your product so that you may take advantage of benefits such as automatic updates for the duration of your software license, Technical Support, SOS Virus, and so on.

You will then be asked to enter a password for your activation code, and a recovery email address for your password. This password is for security and anti-piracy reasons, and will only be needed should you need to re-activate TouchCopy at a later date or on a different computer.
1. Enter a password for your activation code and then re-enter to confirm it. Please ensure that your password only contains alphanumeric characters and no punctuation, and is also fewer than 16 characters long, and note that TouchCopy passwords are case sensitive.
If you have a new PC you can transfer the activation code for any of our software products to your new PC. Similarly, you can transfer all your Mac activation codes to your new Mac. Please note that you cannot use your Windows licences on a Mac and vice-versa, as PC and Mac activation codes are not interchangeable.
If your TouchCopy activation code begins with TP16, TM16, TCNP or TCNM, you have purchased a 2-computer software licence. To activate your software on your second computer simply visit our activation code lookup page and enter the email address you used to purchase the software. You will then be provided with a list of your activation codes and download links for the versions of the software you have purchased.
If your activation code beginning with RP16, RM16, TCRP or TCRM does not work, you purchased a 12-month, single computer activation licence for TouchCopy.
